At Monteriqx S.A.S. ("Monteriqx", "we") we treat your personal data with full respect for your privacy, in compliance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guidelines of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect: (i) identification data such as name and surname; (ii) contact data (email, phone); (iii) browsing data (IP, device type, pages visited); (iv) communication preferences and consents. We do not request or store sensitive data at this lead-generation stage.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) send you the newsletter and commercial communications about real estate crowdlending opportunities; (b) respond to inquiries; (c) measure the effectiveness of the site; (d) comply with legal obligations towards the CNV and other authorities.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express, and informed consent (art. 5 Law 25,326), on the performance of the pre-contractual relationship, and on compliance with applicable legal obligations.
5. Retention
We keep your data while an active relationship exists with you or, otherwise, during applicable legal retention periods (at least 10 years for financial documentation, in line with CNV regulations).
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers (hosting, email marketing, analytics) acting as data processors under contract, and with legal, accounting, or audit providers when appropriate.
7. International transfers
Some providers are located in the European Union or the United States. In those cases we rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the AAIP and verify adequate protection levels.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion, and opposition by writing to privacidad@monteriqx.com. You may also file claims with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
9. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access controls, pseudonymisation when appropriate) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. We will publish the new version with its update date on this same page.
