These Terms & Conditions govern the use of monteriqx.com, operated by Monteriqx S.A.S., CUIT 30-71892345-6, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, CABA, Argentina. Accessing the site implies acceptance of these terms.

1. Purpose of the site

The site provides institutional information about our activity as a Collective Financing Platform (PFC) No. 27 registered with the CNV. Subscribing to the newsletter does not by itself create an investment relationship.

2. Registration and subscription

When you subscribe to the newsletter you declare that you are at least 18 years old, that the data provided is truthful, and that you accept receiving commercial communications about real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the site in accordance with Argentine law, good faith, and public order. Unauthorised access, malicious code injection, or fraudulent use of the site is strictly forbidden.

4. Intellectual property

Content, trademarks, logos, texts, images, and software are the property of Monteriqx S.A.S. or its licensors and are protected under Argentine Law No. 11,723 on Intellectual Property. Reproduction is not authorised without written permission.

5. Investment risks

Any investment in instruments offered through a PFC involves risks, including the possible loss of part or all of the invested capital. Investment decisions are personal and must be made after reviewing the full documentation of each project, available at closing.

6. Limitation of liability

Monteriqx S.A.S. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of all errors. It will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data derived from the use of the site to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force will always be the one published at this URL, with its corresponding update date.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
